Uthink's latest Creative hub is situated in the heart of Aberdeen city centre.
Boasting spectacular views of the harbour and situated less than 200m from the bus and train stations, The Exchange is perfectly placed to be a transformative space for artists, bands, and performers to showcase their talents in the granite city. Our creative space spans eight of the 15 floors in the property, allowing for a multitude of classes and rehearsals to take place simultaneously.
Whether it be through lack of availability, or unrealistic pricing, creatives continue to face challenges with accessing space to develop their craft and passions. Since moving into our space in October 2025, Uthink has been working hard to alleviate that issue by providing outstanding creative space, accessible for all.
