Our Aims & values
Our aim is to make a positive social impact within our communities. We pride ourselves on providing safe and accessible creative spaces for local artists to utilise, thrive, and put back into the community. We aim to enable the people we work with to become catalysts for change in their own social environments and communities. This creates a transformative cycle that sustains the positive impact of Uthink’s work.
What we do
Uthink use these spaces to set up Creative Hubs, offering artists and other creatives the opportunity to access studio, gallery, and exhibition space. We then work alongside these artists to offer accessible art sessions and pop up galleries to local community groups and community initiatives as a way of furthering our charitable aims and supporting the most vulnerable members of our communities.
How we can help you
As a charity, we are eligible for a mandatory 80% relief on the business rates of any property we are occupying and using ‘wholly or mainly for our charitable purposes, we put life back into empty and vacant buildings, by setting up creative hubs and studio spaces.
We work alongside local artists to provide a creative space for them to work, showcase, and teach.
